1. SWIMMING POOL

Our two swimming pools surrounded by shade green lawn are for our guests to enjoy and relax. Pool towels are available from 8.00 am - 18.00 pm. Towel must be returned after the day's use, you will be supplied with a fresh towel the next morning.

2. LIBRARY IN LOBBY

Please feel free to use the books in our library. We only ask that you return them or replace them with other Books before you leave.

3. ART GALLERY

Occasionally you will find an artist showing and selling their work on the beach.

4. LUGGAGE HOLDING

When ready to leave, please ring the reception desk and a room boy will come for your luggage. Upon request, your luggage can be held for late departure or return visit.

5. LOUNGE, LOBBY AND ACTIVITIES AREA

Make yourself comfortable.

6. PARKING

Gazebo has ample parking space by main entrance.

7. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX

Available free of charge in the room.

8. STAGE / PERFORMANCE AREA

On special occasions we conduct special traditional performances. You may book special performances for a group of 20 people or more. Charges will be negotiable.


9. RESTAURANT & BARS

Our two beach restaurant serve Halal Food. Buffet breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00 am in our Coco Restaurant where you can enjoy the magnificent sunrise. Lunch and Dinner also serve here as well as in Warung Kamisama.

 

10. THE MUSHOLLA
(Muslim Praying Hall)

We have two musholla called"Al Hijrah".

 

11.LOBBY GALLERY

We have a collections of paintings and work of arts, displayed at the gallery and throughout the Hotel area.

  • ROOM SERVICE - Available 15 hours a day from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
  • AIR CONDITIONING - The Hotel is fully air conditioned with individual temperature controls. Should you need any assistance to regulate the control switch, please contact reception.
  • HOT WATER - Hot water is available 24 hours
  • HOUSEKEEPING - In order to make your stay more comfortable, please contact Housekeeping for extra pillows, blankets, baby cots or other room requirements.
  • BABY SITTER - Please contact the housekeeping to arrange.
  • FLORIST - For flower arrangement please contact Guest Relation or Reception.
  • KEYS - Kindly ensure that your door is secured and the key deposited at the reception desk when leaving the hotel premises.
  • WAKE-UP CALLS - Please contact the reception desk.
  • DO NOT DISTURB - For privacy, place a "Do Not Disturb" card outside your room door
  • STATIONARY - Available in the folder in your room.
  • WHEELCHAIR - Please contact the reception desk.
  • RELIGIOUS SERVICE - We will give you the addresses of all places of worship as well as times of service.
  • SHOPPING AREAS - Many shopping areas exist and can be easily reached.
  • UMBRELLAS - Available in all rooms.
  • BOTTLE OPENERS - Located in the bathroom
  • TRANSPORTATION - We do not provide transportation to or from the Airport, because it is so readily available and reasonable otherwise. We can however arrange it for you.
  • WATER - The water pitcher in your room is filled with safe, cold drinking water daily. Notify us if you need more. TAP WATER IN BALI IS NOT SAFE. DO NOT DRINK IT
  • CHECK OUT EXTENSION - Sometimes we can give you a late check out, subject to room availability
  • MAIL - We can mail letters for you. Stamps are available at reception.
  • DOCTOR - Please contact the Guest Relation or reception desk
  • REFRIGERATOR - Available in all rooms. Arrangements can be made to have it supplied with bottled drinks.
  • HAIR DRYER - Available at the reception desk.
  • LAUNDRY - Same day service if delivered before 9.00. Done by outside professional laundry.
  • TELEPHONE - Locals calls are free if kept short. A small fee is charged for long distance AND collect calls. We do not accept collect calls. Direct international call charges can be viewed prior to making the call.
  • COMMUNICATION - Facsimile is available at front office. Charges for sending a fax are at reception desk.
  • SATELLITE TV - Available in all rooms
  • CONSULATES - Please contact the reception desk.
  • AIRLINES - For flight reconfirmation, please contact the Guest Relation or the reception desk.
  • FIRE PRECAUTIONS - Fire Extinguishers are located throughout the hotel grounds.
